You're committing to honor the offer you choose for the duration of the product's validity window — which is valid for one year. That's it. No contracts to sign, no invoices to pay, no meetings to attend. You reply with your offer, we handle everything else.
Can I limit how many discounts I give? +
Yes. You set the terms — per visit, per day, or a total cap. We'll note it on your listing. You're never obligated to honor more than your business can comfortably support.
What if I want to adjust my offer mid-year? +
We recommend locking in an offer you're comfortable with long-term, since cards and tickets are physically printed. However, app listings can be updated. If something comes up, reach out and we'll work with you.
Will I be automatically renewed? Can I opt out? +

Higher-value offers are typically used on the key tags on the Gold Cards. The key tag has more space, allowing for your logo, business name, and offer to be printed larger.
Will I appear on both the card and the ticket? +
You can! If teams run different products, we align timing so your offer stays active across seasons — no extra work for you.
Can I include a barcode, QR code, or redemption code? +
Short redemption codes (e.g., "Use code GOLD10") are simple to include and can tie into your POS or loyalty system. Full barcodes and QR codes depend on available space in the layout. Your GoldDeals+ app listing is more flexible — just tell us what you need and we'll let you know what's possible for your campaign.
What will my listing look like on the card and in the app? +
On the printed card or ticket, your business name, logo, and offer are featured alongside other local merchants. In the GoldDeals+ app, your business name, logo, address, and phone number are included along with your offer.
Can I see a proof before it prints? +
Yes. We'll send a digital proof for your review and approval before anything goes to print. Just turn feedback around promptly — print deadlines are tied to the team's selling season.
Can I limit which products my offer appears on? +
Yes. We work with businesses to determine which products are the best fit for their offer. If there are certain products, regions, or organizations you'd prefer not to participate with, just let us know and we'll discuss available options with you.
When will I know when my offer appears on a printed product? +
Once we have a team that's a good fit for your offer, we'll contact you by email approximately 4–6 weeks before the product goes on sale. This gives you advance notice of when customers may begin using it.
How does GoldDeals+ app redemption work? +
Customers pull up your offer and tap "Redeem Now," then show it to your staff at checkout. There's a 5-minute timer — this ensures the redemption is happening in person, not shared as a screenshot.
